Step 1
Cover a plate with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and margarine together. Begin by microwaving it for one minute, then check and stir. Microwave another minute and stir again. Continue until chocolate is fully melted, making sure chocolate doesn’t burn. When chocolate is fully melted, stir in sweetener.
Step 3
Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Place strawberry on the plate with parchment paper.
Step 4
Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator. Enjoy within a week!
