Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a round cake tin (20 cm) and dust with cocoa powder, then set aside.
Step 2
Place chocolate, sugar and butter into mixing bowl, then melt 5 min/60°C/speed 2. Allow to cool in mixing bowl for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add flour, salt, eggs and egg yolks, then mix 5 sec/speed 4. Pour mixture into prepared tin, then bake for 15-20 minutes (180°C), until slightly firm around the edges and top, while still runny inside. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool in tin (centre will slightly thicken as it stands). Turn out onto a plate, dust with cocoa powder and serve warm.
