Step 1
Lay Ritz crackers in a single layer on prepared sheet pan and set aside.

Melt butter and brown sugar in a small pot over the stove on medium low heat. Stir often until melted. Once melted and bubbling, allow to bubble for 3-4 minutes until thickened and resembles a dark caramel color. Keep an eye on the heat as it can burn easily.
Step 3
Pour hot toffee mixture evenly over Ritz crackers. Use a small spatula to spread over each cracker. This sets up fast so work quickly. Place in the oven for 5-minutes. Turn off the oven and remove the pan.
Step 4
While the crackers and toffee are hot, sprinkle the top evenly with the chocolate and peanut butter chips. Allow to sit for 5-minutes. You can also pop this back in the warm oven that’s been turned off for 2-3 minutes to help melt the chips faster.
Step 5
Once the chips are soft, use a small knife or spatula to spread evenly over the crackers. Top with chopped pecans and allow to sit at room temperature for 30-minutes. Place in the fridge or freezer to harden. Once it’s firm, remove the foil and break into large or small pieces. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
