In a large bowl combine the Cheerios, Chex, Pretzels and m&amp;m’s. Mix them up a bit, making sure that everything is evenly distributed.

Meanwhile, over a double boiler, melt the white chocolate according to the directions on the package.

Once the chocolate has melted and is a smooth consistency, drizzle the chocolate over the cereal mix and combine with a wooden spoon or hands. Make sure all the cereal is covered in chocolate. If you need to melt the extra white chocolate to cover all the mix then go right on ahead!

Once the entire batch has been combined, lay it out to dry on a large sheet of parchment or wax paper. Let dry for 1 hour so the chocolate is cooled and hard. Break it up into medium pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.

Graham Cracker Toffee Bars

Hershey's chocolate bars ((I use two large 7 oz bars))

butter (2 sticks)

brown sugar

pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

Line a 9x13'' pan with parchment paper (or spray with cooking spray.)&nbsp;

Place graham cracker sheets along the bottom of the pan.

Add butter to a large saucepan over medium heat and allow it to melt. Add the brown sugar and pecans, and stir constantly, bringing the mixture to a full boil.&nbsp;

Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.&nbsp;

Remove from heat and pour mixture over graham crackers and spread into an even layer.&nbsp;

Bake for 7 minutes.&nbsp;

While the bars are baking, unwrap the Hershey's chocolate bars and break them into pieces.&nbsp;

Remove bars from oven and carefully place chocolate pieces across the top of the toffee layer. Cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil to allow the chocolate to melt (5-10 minutes).

Once chocolate has begun to melt, remove the lid and use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate evenly over the bars.&nbsp;

Allow to cool completely before serving. I like to store mine in the fridge to set up (not required) but I leave them out at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting them, to allow the chocolate to soften.

Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with cooking spray or alternatively you can use a nonstick silicone baking mat.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Place the crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Place the butter and brown sugar in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes.

Pour the brown sugar mixture over the crackers and spread with a spatula to coat.

Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes, or until bubbling.

Remove the pan from the oven and immediately scatter the chocolate chips over the top. Place the pan back in the oven for another 2-3 minutes to melt the chocolate. Spread the chocolate evenly over the top.

Place the sprinkles on top of the chocolate. Let the toffee sit until completely cool, either at room temperature or you can refrigerate.

Cut into pieces and serve.

Christmas Crack or saltine cracker toffee with a peanut butter swirl is easy to make with only FIVE INGREDIENTS. Salty + sweet and ADDICTIVE homemade&nbsp;Christmas crack made with crackers, butter, brown sugar, chocolate chips and Reese's. The EASIEST Christmas candy to make!

unsalted butter

oz (230 g) semi sweet chocolate chips

4.5 oz (130 g) peanut butter chips ((Reese's))

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminium foil or parchment paper (baking paper). Spray with non-stick spray.

Arrange crackers in a single layer in rows on the tray. (You may need to break some crackers in half to fit the last column.) Set aside.

In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter on low heat. Add the brown sugar and increase heat to medium. Bring the toffee to a boil while continuously stirring, then allow to boil for 3 minutes until it turns caramel in colour (set a timer if you need too).

Pour the toffee over the crackers. Working quickly, spread the toffee evenly over the crackers with a spatula.

Bake in hot oven for 4-5 minutes or until beginning to bubble. Remove from the oven and top with chocolate chips. Return to the oven for a further 2 minutes (for the chocolate chips to melt), remove, then spread the melted chocolate over the top with a clean spatula or knife.&nbsp;

Add the peanut butter chips on the chocolate, let sit for 2 minutes to melt, and using the end of a fork, swirl the melted peanut butter chips through the chocolate.

Cover with foil and refrigerate until set or freeze for 15 minutes until chilled.

Peel the foil off of the back of the crackers; break up into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.

11.5 oz package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Line a jelly roll pan with foil. Spray with a non-stick cooking spray.

Fill the bottom of the cookie sheet with crackers. Set the pan aside.

In a sauce pan melt the butter over low-medium heat. Add brown sugar once butter is completely melted and stir to combine. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 3 minutes.

Immediately remove from heat and pour bubbly mixture over crackers covering the crackers completely.

Place pan in the oven for 4-5 minutes, or just until edges of brown sugar mixture gets bubbly.

Remove pan from oven and immediately and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top of the crackers.

Allow the crackers to sit for 5 minutes to melt the chocolate. Then use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate over the cracker layer evenly.

Sprinkle the Christmas sprinkles over the melted chocolate (optional).

Place the pan in the refrigerator to allow the toffee to harden.

Then remove the toffee from the pan and break it apart. Enjoy!

Melt 8 ounces of the chocolate chips gently in the microwave (on low heat, stirring every 15 seconds) until smooth.&nbsp;

Spread the chocolate evenly over the parchment. Immediately add the pretzel twists over the top (it's ok if they overlap!) and gently press them into the chocolate.&nbsp;

Add caramel bits to a microwave safe bowl with 2 tablespoons water and melt according to package instructions (on high for 2 minutes). Stir well and drizzle the melted caramel over the top of all of the pretzels.

Melt remaining 4 ounces of chocolate and drizzle over the caramel. Sprinkle with sea salt.

Refrigerate until hardened.

Prepare Jelly Roll Pan

Line a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 jelly roll pan with heavy duty aluminum foil. Spray it generously with nonstick baking spray.

Add saltine crackers to foil. I used almost 60 crackers which is a little more than a sleeve.

Cook toffee

In a small sauce pan, add light brown sugar and butter. Constantly stir mixture over medium-low heat (4 on the knob). Once butter is melted, set a timer and allow mixture to gently boil for 3 minutes. You will want to constantly stir it even when it is gently bubbling.

Spread toffee

Once mixture turns into thick toffee, spread it over the crackers. Place pan in a 325° Fahrenheit oven and bake for 9 minutes.

Spread chocolate

After toffee is done baking, remove from the oven and place it on top of the stove. Sprinkle on 2 cups of chocolate chips and spread using a rubber spatula.

Add garnish

Once chocolate is evenly spread, add 1 cup of white chocolate morsels evenly as well as the M&amp;Ms, and holiday sprinkles.

Freeze

Add entire baking sheet to the freezer and freeze until hardened, about 15 minutes. If you have no room in the freezer, chill in the fridge for about 45 minutes.

Crack

Once everything is hardened, crack the bars using a knife or your hands.

Crushed candy canes by placing them in a Ziplock bag and break apart with a rolling pin or meat mallet

Melt the dark Chocolate wafers in the microwave according to the packages directions .

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and spread the melted chocolate on the wax paper. Place this in the fridge or freezer until it completely sets up

Once the dark chocolate sets up melt the white melting wafers according to the packages directions in the microwave.

Spread the white chocolate over the dark chocolate .

Immediately dust the top with crushed candy canes . Gently press them into the warm white chocolate .  Place int the fridge or freezer to set up.

Once it is completely set up break it apart into small pieces. Store in a Ziplock bag or air ight container.
