Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine almond butter, almond flour, protein powder, coconut sugar, mashed banana, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix together until evenly combined. Then, stir in the chocolate chips.

Step 3

Scoop the cookie dough into balls. Using clean hands, flatten and form into round cookies. Press extra chocolate chips on top (optional).

Step 4

Bake cookies for 18-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top (optional). Enjoy!
