Chocolate Protein Cookies

almond butter (or peanut butter)

almond flour

Chocolate Coconut Almond Protein (or any chocolate protein powder)

coconut sugar

banana

cocoa powder (natural, not dutch-processed)

tbsp melted coconut oil

tsp vanilla extract

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine almond butter, almond flour, protein powder, coconut sugar, mashed banana, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix together until evenly combined. Then, stir in the chocolate chips.

Scoop the cookie dough into balls. Using clean hands, flatten and form into round cookies. Press extra chocolate chips on top (optional).

Bake cookies for 18-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top (optional). Enjoy!

Flavors are 10/10, but mine turned out pretty dry. I had to sun an egg for mashed banana because I didn’t have any bananas. Maybe more coconut oil next time?

Chewy, soft, and sweet, these vegan protein cookies will be your next favorite snack! Each cookie has 10g of protein and just under 150 calories. This one-bowl recipe is also easy to make and ready in 20 minutes.

Vegan Protein Cookies

banana (about 16 oz (450 grams))

maple syrup (or other liquid sweeteners*)

peanut butter (or other nut/seed butters)

plant-based protein powder (unflavored

rolled oats ((45 grams))

chocolate chips ((80 grams))

baking powder

Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a sillicon mat.

In a large mixing bowl, mash banana with a fork or potato masher until smooth.

Next, add in maple syrup and peanut butter. Stir until everything is well combined.

Now, add in protein powder, oats, chocolate chips and baking powder. Mix well. The mixture should resembles cookie dough, so do add a splash of water or more protein powder if needed.

Portion out around 3-4 tablespoons of mixture using a measuring cup/large cookie dough scoop. Gently flatten the dough using your palm. Repeat until the dough is used up.

Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cookies appears firm and set. Let your vegan protein cookies cool down slightly before enjoying!

Low Carb Chocolate Protein Cookies

vegan chocolate protein (4 scoops)

almond butter

tsp raw cacao powder

Tbsp granulated stevia

Tbsp milk (75 milliliters)

The Protein Works Spread

Combine your dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl: almond flour, vegan chocolate protein powder, raw cacao powder and granulated stevia. Stir until combined, then create a well in the middle and add in the Loaded Nuts spread and plant milk.

Mix everything together thoroughly with a spatula and switch over to using your hands, once the dough becomes thicker. Place the dough in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Scoop out the cookie dough for each cookie with a spoon and roll it into a ball. Place the dough ball  onto your lined baking tray and gently flatten the cookie. Repeat until you've got all your cookies on the tray. Place a little extra Loaded Nuts Spread onto the top and bake them into the oven for about 15 minutes.

Let them cool down for 10 minutes before removing them from the baking tray.

Vegan Chocolate Protein Cookies Recipe

These chewy chocolate chunk vegan protein cookies are the perfect low carb recipe when you&#039;re craving something sweet! They&#039;re grain free, paleo friendly and sweetened with just pure maple syrup.

Vegan Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies

flax seeds

water

coconut oil

maple syrup

runny almond or peanut butter

vanilla extract

protein powder

baking soda

salt

chocolate chunks or chips

preheat

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

whisk flax seeds

Whisk together the ground flax seeds with water and set aside.

whisk wet

Whisk together all wet ingredients. Whisk in the flax mixture once it has thickened.

fold dry

Fold in the dry ingredients aside from the chocolate

add chocolate

Fold in the chocolate chunks or chips. If the dough seems too wet, stick it in the fridge for about 20 minutes until it is easier to handle. It will depend on the type of protein powder you used and how it absorbs ingredients.

scoop

Use a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop and scoop and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press on a few extra chocolate chunks/chips on top.

bake

Bake for 9-13 minutes. They will continue to harden as they cool.

cool and serve

Remove from the oven and let cool completely before handling. Sprinkle with salt flakes and enjoy.

Damn! These are good! I only had so much almond butter so I added pb. I wanted to use the leftover coconut from the milk I had made last week so I used some of that and some almond flour. These are great gluten free cookies and the protein powder excites me too! One didn’t get a chance to firm up before I ate it. 🤤

Absolutely delicious! I was worried at first when my first dozen cookies came out of the oven and seemed doughy on the inside, but after they cooled they are deliciously moist. I didn’t have enough vanilla protein powder, so I used a peanut butter and vanilla. And I substituted an equal amount of applesauce for the coconut oil. I will definitely make the again!

These cookies are sooo good! They came out soft and fluffy. I love the vanilla flavor from the protein powder. I’m on my second time making them in one week!

I made these cookies today and I can’t believe how good they are! They came out soft and fluffy. They taste great from the vanilla protein powder. These will definitely be on repeat. I’m wondering next time if I can replace 1/2 the oil for applesauce. I will try it out.

Finally, a gf df chocolate chip protein cookie with just the textures I've been missing- a little chewy; crispy on the outside. Only modifications I made was to have the glycemic index modified, so halved the chips, and took the 1/3 cup of maple syrup and did 1/6 cup coconut sugar and 1/6 cup maple syrup instead. I used vanilla hemp protein powder for this (which had a tad bit of coconut sugar in it too). Fantastic recipe, thank you very much for sharing❤️❣️✨

Delicious! GREAT flavour, not dry, powdery or odd-tasting from the protein powder. I used mocha flavoured protein from VEGA and it was very good.

Learn how to make super-easy no bake chocolate TVP cookies (12 grams of protein per serving). The TVP is added dry, lending a crispness similar to rice krispies. The cookies are grain-free, gluten-free, and vegan, too!

No Bake Chocolate TVP Cookies (High Protein)

almond butter ((see notes for alternatives))

maple syrup ((see notes for alternatives))

cocoa powder ((or cacao powder))

TVP ((csee tips for buying TVP, below))

Prepare pan

Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper (for easy cleanup).

whisk peanut butter and syrup

In a medium mixing bowl, place the peanut butter, maple syrup and water. Microwave, in 20 to 30 second intervals, until the mixture is hot (the peanut butter will look melty and the maple syrup will be starting to bubble). Whisk until smooth. (see notes for stovetop instructions).

add cocoa powder and vanilla

Add the cocoa powder and vanilla extract to the bowl. Whisk until completely blended. The mixture will look thick and fudge-y.

add TVP

Add the dry TVP and optional salt to the bowl. Stir until completely combined. If the mixture is too dry, add another tablespoon or two of water.

portion dough

Using a medium cookie scoop or a heaping tablespoon, portion rounded mounds of the cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheet. With damp hands, shape each mound of cookie dough into a thick cookie that is 2-inches in diameter.

Chill

Chill the cookies in the refrigerator (at least 1 hour) or freezer (at least 20 minutes) until set. Transfer the set cookies to an airtight container.
