Step 1

Mix together water and Mingle Chow Mein until fully dissolved

Step 2

Make the noodles according to the packet instructions & then drain & rince with cold water. Set aside.

Step 3

STIR FRY

Step 4

Heat sesame oil in wok or large fry pan over high heat.

Step 5

Add protein & onion to wok. Stir fry for 1-2 minutes or until it starts to brown.

Step 6

Add remaining veg and stir fry for 2 more minutes

Step 7

Add the sauce & cook for 2 minutes.

Step 8

Add noodles & stir fry until sauce has reduced/absorbed into the noodles. This should take about 3-4 minutes. Stir constantly

Step 9

Add bean sprouts, spring onions & cook for 1 more minute. Add a dash of soy or chilli if you want a bit more heat or salt.

Step 10

Top with peanuts and enjoy!
