Step 1
Add the coffee grounds and hot water to a french press. Stir the mixture, then place the lid on it and let it steep in the fridge overnight
Step 2
Once the coffee has steeped overnight, slowly push down on the french press to separate out the coffee grounds.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, add the water and cinnamon sticks. Set the mixture over medium heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the cinnamon sticks from the water, then add in the sugar and butter vanilla bakery emulsion. Stir until the sugar has dissolved, then remove the syrup from the ehat and transfer it to a container to cool.
Step 5
Add the milk, heavy cream, and cinnamon bun syrup to a medium sized cup or container. Froth or shake the mixture until it's foamy.
Step 6
Pour 8 oz. of cold brew over ice and top it with the cold foam. Serve and enjoy!
