Step 1

Fry bacon and onion until cooked.

Step 2

Heat other ingredients in a microwave safe bowl for four minutes, stirring halfway through.

Step 3

Combine with the bacon and onion.

Step 4

Remove top of cob loaf and scoop out the middle.

Step 5

Pour cheese mixture into loaf, place top back on and bake for 30-40 minutes at 160C.

Step 6

Tear up the removed bread and cook with the loaf for the last 10 minutes.
