Step 1

In a food processor add Cashews and pulse 20-30 seconds until they’re almost a crumb like consistency

Step 2

Add Dates, Cacao Powder, Coconut Oil, Salt, and pulse 20-30 seconds until blended together, stopping to scrape down sides in between

Step 3

Roll into bite size balls

Step 4

Spread Coconut Flakes onto a plate

Step 5

Roll balls into Coconut Flakes coating evenly

Step 6

Refrigerate 30 minutes before eating

Store in refrigerator

Step 9

Makes approximately 10 balls
