Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine beef and pork mince, and mix thoroughly.

Add the breadcrumbs, parsley, and Mingle's Garlic and Herb seasoning to the meat mixture. Mix until evenly distributed.

Shape the mixture into meatballs of your preferred size.

Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a splash of oil.

Add the meatballs to the pan, browning them for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until browned. Gently shake the pan or roll the meatballs to ensure they cook evenly.

Mix Mingle's Mushroom Umami Gravy mix with water, keeping it a bit thinner.
Step 7
Add the gravy to the pan, covering the meatballs. Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
Step 8
Serve the meatballs on a bed of mashed potato, topped with chopped parsley and the Umami Gravy
