Step 1
Place the pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl and whisk for about two minutes to incorporate air into mixture. Add 1 cup of Cool Whip and stir.
Step 2
Spoon the mixture into 6 dessert dishes and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Top the mousse with the remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with chocolate curls just before serving.
