In saucepan, melt butter.

Blend in flour, salt and mustard.
Step 3
Add milk. Stir constantly until sauce thickens a little.

Add 1 1/2 cups cheese. Heat until melted, stir constantly.
Step 5
Remove from heat.
Step 6
Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Step 7
Combine pasta with sauce. Mix.
Step 8
Pour mixture into a buttered 2-quart casserole.
Step 9
Top with remaining cheese.
Step 10
Top that with buttered bread crumbs.
Step 11
Sprinkle with paprika.
Step 12
Bake at 375°F about 20 - 25 minutes or until nicely browned.
