In saucepan, melt butter.

Blend in flour, salt and mustard.

Add milk. Stir constantly until sauce thickens a little.

Add 1 1/2 cups cheese. Heat until melted, stir constantly.

Remove from heat.

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Drain.

Combine pasta with sauce. Mix.

Pour mixture into a buttered 2-quart casserole.

Top with remaining cheese.

Top that with buttered bread crumbs.

Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 375°F about 20 - 25 minutes or until nicely browned.

Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl together. In a smaller bowl, whisk an egg. Add in the buttermilk and the melted butter.
