Step 1
Drain the cranberries and reserve the syrup. Combine the syrup, sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until the syrup thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the cranberries. Set aside for 10 minutes to cool.
Step 2
Place the cream in a large bowl and use a balloon whisk to whisk until soft peaks form.
Step 3
Divide the pavlova nests among serving plates. Top with cream. Spoon over the cranberry mixture and serve immediately.
