Blend coconut water, yogurt, mango, orange juice concentrate and ice in a blender until smooth.


Frozen juice concentrate? I don't consider this eating well unless it has fresh whole ingredients. Cons: Too much sugar

Pretty Good Made this as written except I used fresh orange segments instead of mangoes so I could stay with the orange theme. This is a tasty drink just remember it's not sweet! Because it wasn't sweet my husband didn't like it but I am used to smoothies without added sugar so I liked it. I would make this again. Pros: nice consistency Cons: not very sweet
