Step 1
Cook pasta to al dente per package directions.
Step 2
While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot add the ground beef and diced onion and cook until beef is cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Step 3
Reduce heat to low and stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, mustard, beef broth, tomato sauce and cream cheese. Mix until the cheese is melted and completely combined in the sauce.
Step 4
Drain pasta and stir into beef mixture. Then top with the cheddar cheese and cover for 5 minutes to let the cheese melt.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
