Step 1
Prepare pasta according to package direction. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Add chopped bacon and cook until crispy.
Step 3
Remove bacon from pan and set aside.
Step 4
Reduce heat to medium high and cook chicken pieces until just white on all sides.
Step 5
Season with paprika, salt and pepper.
Step 6
Add diced onions.
Step 7
Continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 8
Add in heavy cream, chicken broth, and parmesan cheese and bring to a simmer.
Step 9
Add in cooked pasta and stir occasionally to coat until sauce reduces and thickens to your liking.
Step 10
Garnish with cooked bacon bits, extra parmesan, and optional herbs.
