/ 10 oz fettuccine ((Note 1))

/ 2 tbsp butter (, separated)

chicken breasts (, cut in half horizontally)

(125 milliliters) dry white wine ((sub more chicken broth))

(315 milliliters) cream

(75 grams) parmesan (, finely shredded (Note 3))

baby spinach

bacon (, cooked and crumbled)

Parsley (, for garnish (optional))

Chicken Pasta recipe of your dreams!

Cook pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for time per packet minus 1 1/2 minutes.

Just before draining, scoop out a mugful of pasta cooking water. Then drain pasta.

Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.

Melt half the butter in a large skillet over hig heat.

Add chicken and cook for 2 minutes on each side until deep golden.

Remove chicken onto plate, rest for a few minutes then shred with 2 forks.

Chicken:

Turn down heat to medium high. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic.

Cook garlic for 30 seconds until golden, then add wine.

Simmer rapidly, stirring to scrape the brown bits off the bottom of the pan. Once mostly evaporated, add chicken broth, cream, parmesan and sun dried tomato.

Simmer on medium for 3 - 5 minutes, stirring leisurely, until it reduces and thickens.

Alfredo Sauce:

Add spinach, chicken and cooked pasta.

Toss for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes on the stove, until sauce thickens and coats the pasta strands (see VIDEO). Use pasta cooking water if needed if it gets too thick.

Serve immediately with parmesan, crumbled bacon and parsley (if desired).

Bring four quarts water and 1 tablespoon salt to boil; add pasta and cook according to package directions, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain well and transfer to a serving bowl.

Meanwhile, in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil until shimmering. Add chicken and shallots and cook until the chicken is mostly cooked through and the shallots have softened, about 5 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium and stir in wine and cream. Cook, stirring frequently, until sauce begins to thicken, about 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, basil, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste (I like 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.)

Pour chicken and cream sauce over pasta in serving bowl. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh basil and serve.

Add the chopped onion, chicken tenders, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, and cream cheese to the bowl of a large crockpot.

Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, or low for 5 hours.

Remove the chicken from the pot and shred with a fork. Return the chicken back to the pot, dissolving the cream cheese into the sauce and mixing well to combine.

In the meantime, cook the pasta 1-2 minutes less than package instructions. Noodles should be cooked, but not mushy. Drain and rinse with cool water.

Stir in the shredded parmesan cheese and add the cooked pasta to the sauce. Mix well to combine. Enjoy!

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add in pasta and cook until al dente.

Cook

While pasta is cooking, in a large skillet or frying pan, add in olive oil and cook the chicken pieces.

Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, add in cream, parmesan cheese, butter, carrots , onion, broccoli, and seasonings. Stir on medium heat until sauce begins to boil. Once it begins to boil, turn down the heat  and let the sauce simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.

Stir in tomatoes, allowing them to simmer in the sauce for the last five minutes.  Sauce will  thicken as it simmers.

Garnish

Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.

Preheat oven to 425F (220C).

In a large 13 x 9-inch baking dish, stir together uncooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, chicken broth, chicken, garlic, red peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.

Uncover; stir. At this point you should check the pasta to make sure that it is al dente (firm but just about finished cooking). If it’s still too hard, cover the dish and return to the oven until pasta is al dente. Then move on to the next step.

500 g | 1lb large chicken breasts ((or skinless boneless thighs))

300 g | 10 ½ oz fettuccine (, or tagliatelle pasta (dried))

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board (use a separate cutting board for handling raw meat). Slice the side of your chicken breast but don’t cut all the way to the other side.

Open the breasts up. Cover the chicken with greaseproof paper and use a rolling pin to gently flatten it.

Season well with freshly ground salt and pepper.

Heat a large skillet or frying pan and add the olive oil. Pan fry the chicken breasts over medium-high heat, until golden brown and cooked through. This can take 8-10 minutes or longer if they are thick. Use a digital thermometer to check the internal temperature has reached 75C / 165. Set the chicken aside for a couple of minutes then slice on the diagonal.

While the chicken is cooking, bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt generously and cook your pasta until al dente. Set a timer to cook the pasta for one minute less than pack instructions.

Lower the heat to medium-low. Add a tablespoon of butter to your skillet and let it melt.

Add the garlic once the butter is foaming and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Pour in the cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add the salt and garlic granules.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted. Add the chicken and parsley.

Drain the pasta, reserving a little of the cooking water. Add the pasta to the sauce, tossing everything to combine. If you need to loosen the sauce at all then add a little of the reserved pasta water.

Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately!

Close the Instant Pot and turn the valve to “sealing.”

Cook pasta according to package instructions to al dente. Drain and set aside. Season chicken breasts all over with 1 tablespoon jerk seasoning and salt. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil. Cook chicken until golden and no longer pink, 8 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside to rest.

Add remaining oil and cook peppers until mostly tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Add green onions and garlic and cook&nbsp;until fragrant, 1 minute. Season with remaining jerk seasoning.&nbsp;

Add chicken broth and heavy cream and let simmer until thickened, 5 minutes. Slice chicken. Add Parmesan and stir until melted, then add pasta and chicken and toss until completely combined.&nbsp;

Garnish with green onions and more Parmesan and serve.

I just made this and I did not measure the jerk seasoning. I just seasoned the chicken with my jerk seasoning to my liking then I seasoned the veggies with my favorite seasoning (so it wouldn't be to sweet or spicy). I needed a bit more milk/cream to give me a sauce but it was delicious and I would make it again!

My daughter loved this!! I was skeptical after reading the reviews. I followed this whole thing to a tee. I just added a cup of heavy cream. 1 cup of Parm. Added my own seasonings, garlic powder, Adobe, black pepper, onion powder and plenty of jerk seasoning (Caribbean’s Tradition) brand which isn’t so overly spicy. And a half box of noodles. As stated you won’t have enough sauce to cover noodles if you use a whole box. The amount of cream you use will play the part in that! But it was delicious! A most try regardless of it authenticity. Thank you for sharing this.

Looks like a yummy recipe but I think Rasta Pasta should be vegan with coconut milk instead of dairy products.

Beginner here and it came out awesome! Used Jamaican jerk seasoning didn’t realize I grabbed that from supermarket lol. Either way it came out great and most importantly my wife thought so too and expects me to keep cooking. Yeah right. Made this as our anniversary dinner

This was bad & flavorless. There needs to be wayyyy more seasoning, and maybe even more "sauce" for the amount of noodles it calls for. I think the idea is there & with some tweaking may be better but i won't be trying this again.
