Step 1

Put the water in the pot and add the sugar. Leave it to cool for 10 minutes and pour it over the cake layer.

Pour the confectionery cream into the pot and add the dark chocolate . Stir, until it is melted. Pour it over the chocolate cake and leave it for 3 hours.
