Step 1
Sprinkle gelatine over 1/4 cup milk in small bowl.
Step 2
Bring remaining milk just to boil in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add 1/3 cup sugar; simmer on medium-low heat 1 min. or until sugar is dissolved, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add gelatine mixture; stir 2 min. or until gelatine is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Beat Neufchatel and yogurt in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually add gelatine mixture, mixing after each addition until mixture is smooth and well blended.
Step 4
Pour into 8 (4-oz.) ramekins.
Step 5
Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
Step 6
Combine strawberries and remaining sugar; spoon over desserts.
