Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water according to packet instructions.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a deep frypan over medium heat. Add pancetta and cook for 2-3 minutes until starting to crisp. Add onion and stir for 2-3 minutes until softened. Add the wine and simmer for 2 minutes, then add the passata and oregano and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in cream and cook for 2 minutes, then stir in peas and cook for 3 minutes until just tender.
Step 3
Drain pasta, then add to the sauce with half the parmesan. Toss well, then serve topped with remaining parmesan and a few oregano leaves.
