Step 1
Preheat the Pan; Place the pan on the burner and preheat to 370°F/ 190°C (medium-high).
Step 2
Add and Cook the Bacon; Place the halved bacon slices in the preheated pan and cook 4 minutes or until it begins to crisp.
Step 3
Flip and Continue Cooking the Bacon; Continue cooking for 2 more minutes or until it is partially rendered on the second side.
Step 4
Flip and Finishing the Bacon; Flip one more time and cook for 2 more minutes or until golden brown. If you like your bacon a bit more crispy, continue cooking to your desire doneness. While the bacon cooks, prepare a tray or plate lined with paper towels.
Step 5
Remove the Bacon; Using a pair of tongs, carefully transfer the bacon from the pan to a paper towel lined tray or large plate. If you want to cook more bacon, repeate the cooking process. Once completed, turn off the heat.
