Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss cauliflower florets with melted butter in a large bowl. Ensure all pieces are coated, using a silicone pastry brush if necessary.

In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, paprika, and pepper. Sprinkle this mixture over the butter-coated cauliflower florets and toss gently to coat.

Place the seasoned cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.

Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

Spray the crisper plate with olive oil and arrange cauliflower in a single layer. Lightly spray the florets with olive oil for extra crispiness.

Air fry for about 20 minutes or until desired tenderness. Optionally, flip the cauliflower halfway through cooking for even crisping.
