Step 1
After baking your sweet potatoes, let them cool enough so that you can handle them.
Step 2
Carefully peel the potatoes, leaving the skins in as big of pieces as possible.
Step 3
Make sure your oven is preheated to 350 F, and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Step 4
Lay the skins flesh side up on the pans, brush with butter or oil, and sprinkle with salt.
Step 5
Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the desired crispness.
Step 6
Let cool for a few minutes before devouring.
