Step 1

Cook bacon and onions until crispy. Drain.

Step 2

Rinse and drain the kidney beans and add to the 6-quart crock-pot.

Step 3

Add pork and beans, and chili beans.

Step 4

Slice hot dogs (if using) and stir into beans.

Step 5

Stir in ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, honey, salt, and pepper.

Step 6

Stir in cooked bacon and onions.

Step 7

Cover and cook for 8 hours on low. Or cook on high for 4 hours. Stir occasionally

Step 8

Serve. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
