Step 1

Combine cocoa, Weet-bix, coconut, self-raising flour and sugar in a bowl.

Melt the butter add to the other ingredients.

Step 3

Stir until well combined.

Step 4

Press into a tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Step 5

Meanwhile make icing by combining icing sugar, cocoa, tablespoon of butter, teaspoon of vanilla essence and a little boiling water.

Step 6

When when the slice is cool, spread top with chocolate icing.

Step 7

Cut into squares.
