Place cheese into mixing bowl and grate 10 sec/speed 8.

Add breadcrumbs and stir with spatula to combine, then pour onto a plate and set aside.

Place fish, parsley and tomato sauce into mixing bowl, then blend 10 sec/speed 8 or until smooth.
Step 4
Place flour onto a plate and place egg into a shallow bowl. Shape tablespoons of mixture into a log shape (approx. 5 cm) and set aside.
Step 5
Dust fish fingers in flour, dip in egg, then coat in reserved crumb mixture. Place on a plate and set aside.
Step 6
Place a frying pan with oil over medium heat. Fry fish fingers for approximately 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 7
Serve warm or cold with sauce of choice.
