Export 9 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Grease an Instant Pot round cake pan.
Step 2
Chop up the ham and all the vegetables.
Step 3
Grate the cheese and measure out the bacon crumble.
Step 4
Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl.
Step 5
Add the milk, salt and pepper. Whisk until blended.
Step 6
Add in the ham, vegetables, 1/2 cup of the grated cheese and bacon crumble. Whisk again
Step 7
Pour egg mixture into prepared cake pan.
Step 8
Add the water to the Instant Pot.
Step 9
Place pan on trivet and carefully lower into Instant Pot.
Step 10
Place the lid on the Instant Pot, turn the steam release handle to the sealing position and set the Instant Pot to Pressure Cook High for 20 minutes.
Step 11
Once the Instant Pot is done cooking, allow it to do a Natural Release for 10 minutes before turning the steam release handle to the venting positon.
Step 12
Remove the lid and carefully lift out the trivet and quiche.
Step 13
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the quiche. I did half because I wanted less dairy in mine.
Step 14
Place the quiche under the broiler until cheese melts and bubbles.
Step 15
Remove from oven and serve immediately.
