Super easy 4 ingredient Instant Pot Bread! A very easy pressure cooker bread recipe, that takes minimal work.

Instant Pot No-Knead Bread

(about 240 ml) warm Water

g (about 2 teaspoons) Active dried yeast

(about 13 g) Sugar

¼ cups (about 421 g) All purpose flour

¼ teaspoon (about 2 g) Salt

Instant Pot Breakfast Sandwiches are a customizable scrambled egg made in the Instant Pot nestled in between two toasted English Muffins. Make breakfast for the entire family all at the same time! These freezer friendly breakfast sandwiches will make hectic mornings a BREEZE!

Instant Pot Breakfast Sandwiches

eggs

sour cream

English muffins

water (for Instant Pot)

mushrooms

chives

sausage

onion

peppers

shredded cheese

salt and pepper

Spray the silicone molds with non-stick spray. set aside.

Whip together the eggs and sour cream until smooth.

Divide the eggs into the 12 silicone molds. Sprinkle any add-ins desired into each mold.

Place the water into the liner of the Instant Pot. Place the trivet into the Instant Pot.

Carefully transfer the silicone molds into the Instant Pot. Arrange and layer as needed.*

Cook on Manual HIGH for 5 minutes. Quick Release the pressure.

Toast the English Muffins while the eggs are cooking in the Instant Pot.

Carefully remove the silicone mold, turn upside down on to the English muffin and 'pop' the egg out, onto the muffin.

Store any leftover eggs in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month. If frozen, reheat in the microwave for approx. 1 minute.

Instant Pot Breakfast Burritos are an easy way to make breakfast burritos for a crowd! Simple ingredients like frozen O'Brien Hash browns, Diced Ham, and Eggs are thrown in the Instant Pot to cook without babysitting! 

Instant Pot Breakfast Burritos

O'Brien hash browns

ham ((or protein of your choice))

milk

tsp salt

tsp pepper

**This recipe must be made using the PIP method. I used my 3 qt liner for my inner pot. If you don't have one, I strongly recommend ordering one for under $15 on amazon. Link to product in post above.**

Spray the inner liner with non stick spray. Measure out and dump the hash browns into the bottom of the liner.

Pour the ham (or protein of your choice) on top of the frozen hash browns.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sour cream shredded cheese, salt and pepper.

Pour the eggs into the small liner on top of the hash browns and protein.

Cover tightly with foil.

In the LARGE liner, pour one cup of water into the bottom and then place the trivet inside of the liner.

Place the small 'inner pot' inside of the large pot, onto the trivet.

Cook on Manual HIGH for 25 minutes. QR.

Carefully take foil off, stir and then replace the foil.

Cook a second time on Manual HIGH for 10 minutes. QR

The filling is now ready to be stuffed into tortillas to make delicious breakfast burritos!

What do you like to put in your pancakes?

I altered the recipe based on the comments, I used the multigrain setting, I used low pressure but I added some vanilla and cinnamon because of those complaining of taste. It was still a no go. After nearly an hour of not coming to pressure I pulled it out and had a doughy top and burnt on bottom. This recipe might work for some people, but it wasn't a winner for me.

So I got the burn warning three times, ended up cooking it with no pressure at 225°  Because it had already somewhat cooked. My husband loved the crispy burnt bottom!   I will try it again.

Followed the instructions to a tee. Poured batter into the instant pot and set the time. The instant pot didn't even come up to pressure before I got a burn warning. Now, I'm scrapping half cooked pancake batter out of my instant pot and scrubbing burnt mixture off the bottom. If I could give this a zero, I would.

It did not come to pressure and was undercooked on the top. I added 10 min at high pressure, it was done on the bottom but not on the top. The recipe itself could use some butter for flavor.

Followed this recipe but had burnt bottom, uncooked top and middle pancake

Was pretty disappointed... I was excited by the idea of a giant pancake and with the ease of my Instant Pot, but this was completely burned on the bottom and not done at all on top. I ended up having to scrape the remnants out and made a bread pudding out of them, but it felt like a waste of materials and time. (I also followed all the recommendations in the reviews section as well)

Instant burn notice. I want my time and ingredients back.

Also burned, never got it to work on a 3qt Ultra Mini.

I have a 6qt lux and it never came to pressure.  It cooked the pancake and it tasted fine. It was browned on the bottom and cake like on the top. My 13 year old son loved it.

Strain the paneer and rinse with cold water until all sourness is gone. Squeeze out all excess water.

Add the spices and cook for few minutes until oil oozes out.

Heat a tortilla on a skillet and apply some butter on the inside.
