Step 1

Using a peeler, peel your cucumber one or two times to make a long strip for garnish.

Step 2

Blend up the remaining cucumber and strain through a sieve, collecting the juice.

Step 3

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and then go in with 50ml of the cucumber juice, lemon, St Germain and vodka.

Step 4

Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Step 5

Garnish with your cucumber strip and enjoy.
