Whiskey Sour

oz bourbon (60 milliliters)

oz fresh lemon juice (22 milliliters)

oz simple syrup (15 milliliters)

oz egg white (14 grams, optional)

Angostura bitters

Pour the bourbon, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a cocktail shaker.

Close and shake vigorously.

Strain the drink into a coupe glass.

Add a few splashes of Angostura bitters.

Add sugar and water to a small saucepan. Over medium high heat bring the mixture to a boil. Cook until sugar is fully dissolved. Allow to cool.

Add in cooled simple syrup and stir. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or for best results overnight.

Discard tea leaves.COMBINE brewed Chamomile Twist Herbal Tea, 1 cup of sugar and Turmeric in a medium sauce pan. Bring ingredients to a boil while stirring occasionally.ONCE boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 mins.REMOVE from heat. Strain and set aside to chill before use. Create the Cocktail:ADD 2 oz. tequila,.75 oz. lemon juice, and 1.25 oz. Chamomile Twist Turmeric Syrup prepared above to a shaker. Shake well. Strain ingredients into a tall glass, add ice, then top with sweetened matcha tea mixture.GARNISH with fresh.

The One Tonic: Turmeric, Ginger, Lemon, Rooibos Tea & ACV

1- inch piece fresh turmeric (sliced (or use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried))

1- to 1 1/2- inch piece ginger (sliced, or 1 tablespoon squeezable ginger)

of 1/2 to 1 lemon (to taste)

Let the two teabags steep in the boiling water for at least 15 minutes.

If using fresh turmeric and ginger, you might like to do this in a blender. Combine them in the blender with a small amount of water and process until smooth.

Otherwise, combine dried turmeric, squeezable ginger, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, optional cinnamon, and the steeped tea in a glass pitcher. Stir up vigorously with a large spoon or butter knife.

Add the remaining water, then sweeten (or not) as desired.

Stir the mixture up each time before pouring. Refrigerate unused portions

Combine the water and rosemary sprigs in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, then remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.

Strain out the rosemary sprigs. You should have about one cup of rosemary infusion left. Stir in the honey.

Transfer to a jar, cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Put 1-2 tablespoons of the rosemary syrup into each glass (depends on how sweet you want it). Then add the orange juice and stir a bit to combine.

Fill the glass with champagne (or sparkling water for a mocktail), tilting the glass as you pour to minimize foamy bubbles.
