This refreshing cucumber elderflower gimlet recipe is made with Hendrick's gin, St. Germain liqueur, fresh cucumber and lime! Recipe as written below yields 1 cocktail. You can multiply the ingredients and make as many as 3 drinks at once in a large cocktail shaker.

Cucumber Elderflower Gimlet

Hendrick’s gin* (or vodka,

St. Germain liqueur

lime juice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the gin, St. Germain and lime juice. Add the cucumber pieces, securely fasten the lid, and shake like crazy for about 30 seconds.

Strain the cocktail into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of cucumber. Enjoy!

A bit ashamed to admit that I made four of these this afternoon, but I must say they were all delicious! Tweaked it just a bit to lessen the bitterness - 2 ounces Hendricks, 3/4 ounce lime juice, 1 ounce St. Germain. Thanks for the great recipe!

Superb using St Elder liqueur instead of St Germaine!

Made two of these on Sunday.  So delicious.  I usually drink Gin and Tonics and Hendricks is my favorite.  Will definitely make this again.  Nice way to use the cucumbers in the garden too!

We tried this last night and made it exactly as you listed up here.  After a quick taste, we added about 1 tsp. simple syrup per glass.  This is a lovely, refreshing cocktail.

I am up here in Tahoe about to have a Zoom Cocktail Party with my two Besties who I wen to Ireland and Scotland with. The store was out of Elderflower Syrup so I bought the Hendricks GIn with Elderflower in
it. It is really refreshing - I added Burnt Sugar syrup. And it was delicious.

I was looking for a recipe to make with elderflower syrup and come across this one. It was incredible! I used a classic gin because that’s all I had, and it turned out to be a delicious cocktail! I also added jalapenos and it has become my husband’s new favorite drink! Thank you for the recipe!

Made this with Sky Vodka and fresh key limes from the garden.  Soooo good!

I have been making this on repeat almost every weekend.  Love the little oxo brand measuring jigger too.  I always make it with vodka, as I am not a gin fan. I serve over ice in a copper Moscow mule type mug as they keep everything nice and cold.  I garnish with a few fresh raspberries and mint leaves in lieu of the cucumber slice.  Very refreshing.

I add a little club soda &amp; 1/4 tsp sugar...so nice &amp; light for summer.I also use cucumber melon mixer instead of fresh cucumbers
