Step 1
Place 1000 g of the water into mixing bowl, place Varoma dish into position and weigh sausages into it. Pierce each sausage a few times with a fork, spread sausages between Varoma dish and tray. Place Varoma into position, secure Varoma lid and cook 20 min/Varoma/speed 2. Remove Varoma and allow the sausages to cool. Discard water from the mixing bowl.
Step 2
Place garlic, onion and butter into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 5. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl with spatula, then sauté 3 min/120°C/speed .
Step 3
Add apple and curry powder, then sauté 3 min/120°C//speed .
Step 4
Add cornflour, beef stock paste, tomato sauce and 500 g water into mixing bowl, then cook 5 min/100°C//speed 1. Meanwhile cut steamed sausages into quarters.
Step 5
Add reserved sausages, peas, sultanas, salt and pepper and stir with spatula, then cook 3 min/100°C//speed 1. Stir once again with spatula and cook 3 min/100°C//speed 1. Serve with mash or rice.
