Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Slice the bread in half lengthwise, then set the two halves cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 3

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, parsley, nutritional yeast, onion powder, salt and pepper. Taste and season with additional salt / pepper as desired.

Step 4

Brush both halves of the bread with the mixture.

Step 5

Bake for about 10 minutes, until toasty, golden and crisp. Slice with a sharp or serrated knife and serve warm.
