Step 1
Combine water, sugar, and coffee in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Whisk with an electric mixer on high speed until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. It will be a light caramel color and should form soft peaks. It should be similar in consistency to whipped cream.
Step 3
Pour your milk in a glass, it can be hot or iced, whichever you prefer. It is delicious either way!
Step 4
Top with whipped coffee. Stir to combine whipped coffee and milk.
