Step 1

Place cream cheese and brown sugar in a bowl, beat until smooth. Gradually beat in cooled melted chocolate.

Gently fold in whipped cream.

Using 4 parfait glasses add spoonfuls of chocolate mousse, spoonfuls of fruit mince, sprinkle with spoonfuls of hazelnuts, and layer with another spoonful of chocolate mousse, fruit mince and hazelnuts.

Step 4

Serve with sponge fingers to dip.
