Export 3 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
Gather all materials.
Step 2
Stuff dates with blue cheese. As I stuffed the dates, I found it easier to tear the date on one side and then roll it around the cheese, but that's probably because I tried to overstuff the dates.
Step 3
Wrap each stuffed date with bacon. I sliced each piece of bacon into three pieces, and each piece was just the right size to wrap around the dates. You can also further secure the bacon with a skewer or toothpick, but I was either too lazy or too efficient to do that. :P
Step 4
Bake at 400F until the bacon crisps up a bit and the cheese gets melty.
