AIR FRYER TAQUITO RECIPE:
Makes 3

Ingredients: 
3 White Corn Tortillas
1 tsp olive oil
3 Cheese Sticks
3 tsp Fire Roasted Green Chilies
1 tsp Crumbled Cheese (Queso Fresco/Cotija)
1 tbsp Cilantro

METHOD:
Brush tortillas on both sides with olive oil. Heat in a pan on the cooktop until soft and pliable. Slice cheese sticks down the middle, exposing a pocket you can stuff with the chilies. Roll tortilla up. Place in air fryer, seam side down, and fry at 400F for 7-10 mins. 

Top with queso fresco and fresh cilantro. 

AIR FRYER HAND PIE RECIPE:

Ingredients: 
1 box Store-Bought Pie Dough
(NOTE: Trader Joe’s Brand is the best!  http://bit.ly/2VwROrE Weirdly it’s usually all cracked, but just bring to room temp, roll into a ball, flatten and then roll out as needed. So buttery and flakey!)  
¼ cup blueberry jam 
16 Fresh Blueberries
1 tsp lemon zest
1 egg white 
Vanilla ice cream
Raw, sliced almonds

METHOD:
Roll out dough to ¼” inch thick. Cut out 8 3” circles. Brush the bottom circle with egg white.

Dollop 1 tbsp of jam in the center of each circle. Add 4 blueberries on top of jam. Add lemon zest.

Place second circle of dough on top. Press to seal together. Then take a fork dipped in flour and press down all the way around the circle creating a decorative circle. Brush the tops with egg white.

Cut 2 slits on the top of each pie. Transfer to the air fryer with a spatula dipped in flour. Fry at 350F for 10 mins. Serve with vanilla ice cream and almonds. 



AIR FRYER CAULIFLOWER RECIPE:

Ingredients:
3 cups cauliflower
1 ½ tsp olive oil
¾ tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp pine nuts 
½ tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley

METHOD: 
Place cauliflower in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add oregano, and salt and pepper. 

Place in the air fryer at 375F and fry for 10 mins. Transfer to a serving bowl and add pinenuts, lemon juice, and fresh parsley. 


AIR FRYER GATEAU APERATIF RECIPE:

Ingredients:
1 box Store-bought puff pastry
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cracked pepper
½ tsp black sesame seeds
1/8 tsp salt
3 tsp parmesan cheese, freshly grated


METHOD:
Mix together the seasonings in a small bowl. Then stir in the cheese. Press seasoning on both sides of the pastry. Then cut pastry into 1” x 3” strips.

Twist each strip 2 times and then lay flat. Transfer to the air fryer and fry at 400F for 9-10 mins. Serve with a glass of champagne! 



AIR FRYER GARLIC CROUTON RECIPE:

Ingredients: 
3 cups bread cubes (Ciabatta or French/Italian loaves work best) 
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp herbs de Provence seasoning

METHOD:
Place bread cubes in a bowl. Add olive oil, garlic and seasoning. Toss to coat. Place in air fryer and fry at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
