This crispy air fryer cauliflower is a fun, delicious snack or side dish! The time here is based on the SkinnyTaste air fryer. The exact timing will vary based on what air fryer you use.

Air Fryer Cauliflower

panko bread crumbs

On a rimmed tray, mix the panko, smoked paprika, garlic, onion, cayenne, and salt. In a small shallow bowl, lightly beat the egg.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg, coat with the panko mixture, then place onto a large plate. Drizzle the cauliflower with olive oil and place into the air fryer basket in a single layer with a little space between each floret. Don’t overcrowd the basket. Work in batches if necessary. Air fry for 9 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Repeat with any remaining cauliflower.

Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.

AIR FRYER TAQUITO RECIPE:
Makes 3

Ingredients: 
3 White Corn Tortillas
1 tsp olive oil
3 Cheese Sticks
3 tsp Fire Roasted Green Chilies
1 tsp Crumbled Cheese (Queso Fresco/Cotija)
1 tbsp Cilantro

METHOD:
Brush tortillas on both sides with olive oil. Heat in a pan on the cooktop until soft and pliable. Slice cheese sticks down the middle, exposing a pocket you can stuff with the chilies. Roll tortilla up. Place in air fryer, seam side down, and fry at 400F for 7-10 mins. 

Top with queso fresco and fresh cilantro. 

AIR FRYER HAND PIE RECIPE:

Ingredients: 
1 box Store-Bought Pie Dough
(NOTE: Trader Joe’s Brand is the best!  http://bit.ly/2VwROrE Weirdly it’s usually all cracked, but just bring to room temp, roll into a ball, flatten and then roll out as needed. So buttery and flakey!)  
¼ cup blueberry jam 
16 Fresh Blueberries
1 tsp lemon zest
1 egg white 
Vanilla ice cream
Raw, sliced almonds

METHOD:
Roll out dough to ¼” inch thick. Cut out 8 3” circles. Brush the bottom circle with egg white.

Dollop 1 tbsp of jam in the center of each circle. Add 4 blueberries on top of jam. Add lemon zest.

Place second circle of dough on top. Press to seal together. Then take a fork dipped in flour and press down all the way around the circle creating a decorative circle. Brush the tops with egg white.

Cut 2 slits on the top of each pie. Transfer to the air fryer with a spatula dipped in flour. Fry at 350F for 10 mins. Serve with vanilla ice cream and almonds. 



AIR FRYER CAULIFLOWER RECIPE:

Ingredients:
3 cups cauliflower
1 ½ tsp olive oil
¾ tsp dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp pine nuts 
½ tsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp Fresh Parsley

METHOD: 
Place cauliflower in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add oregano, and salt and pepper. 

Place in the air fryer at 375F and fry for 10 mins. Transfer to a serving bowl and add pinenuts, lemon juice, and fresh parsley. 


AIR FRYER GATEAU APERATIF RECIPE:

Ingredients:
1 box Store-bought puff pastry
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cracked pepper
½ tsp black sesame seeds
1/8 tsp salt
3 tsp parmesan cheese, freshly grated


METHOD:
Mix together the seasonings in a small bowl. Then stir in the cheese. Press seasoning on both sides of the pastry. Then cut pastry into 1” x 3” strips.

Twist each strip 2 times and then lay flat. Transfer to the air fryer and fry at 400F for 9-10 mins. Serve with a glass of champagne! 



AIR FRYER GARLIC CROUTON RECIPE:

Ingredients: 
3 cups bread cubes (Ciabatta or French/Italian loaves work best) 
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp herbs de Provence seasoning

METHOD:
Place bread cubes in a bowl. Add olive oil, garlic and seasoning. Toss to coat. Place in air fryer and fry at 350F for 8-10 minutes.

In a small bowl, soak the chili in the water until softened, about one hour. Remove the chilies from the water and reserve the liquid. Remove the stem, and coarsely chop. Leave the seeds in for a spicier harissa, or remove for a more mild version (or do a little of both!).

In a blender or food processor, combine the chopped chili, roasted red pepper, garlic, coriander, cumin, paprika, and salt. Pulse a few times to combine.

Add the olive oil, lemon juice over and 1 to 2 tablespoons of the reserved liquid from the dried chili. Blend or process into a thick paste.

To store the paste, place in a jar and cover with a thin layer of additional oil. Refrigerate for up to one month.

Harissa

In a medium bowl, combine the cauliflower, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Add about 1/4 cup of harissa and toss well to combine. Add more harissa to taste.

Set the air fryer to 375F and cook the cauliflower for 10 to 15 minutes, until tender and lightly browned. (If you&#039;re air fryer is small, you may need to work in batches)

Remove and let cool a few minutes before serving. Delicious with some garlic aioli or ranch dressing!

CUT THE CAULIFLOWER INTO PIECES: Remove most of stem and chop the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.

Batter &amp; breading- Arrange two medium-sized bowls.a) In the first bowl, mix together the flour, salt, garlic and onion powder. Add the milk to the flour mixture, and stir until smooth.b) in the second bowl, add the Panko.Working in batches, mix the cauliflower florets in the batter until completely coated, shake of excess batter, then toss in the Panko to coat.
