Export 4 ingredients for grocery delivery
Step 1
If using a bread machine: Place all ingredients in the pot in the order given. Set to Dough setting.
Step 2
If making by hand: Make sure butter is soft. Dissolve yeast in warm water and combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Step 3
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Place the room temperature butter in the center of it and pour the warm water and yeast mixture. Allow it to set for a few minutes for the butter to slightly melt.
Step 4
Mix until all of the ingredients are incorporated and dough forms.
Step 5
Flour the counter so that you can knead dough without it sticking. Knead for 10-15 mins making sure to mix the ingredients well.
Step 6
Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with a towel. Make sure it is in a draft-free place. Let rise to double the size.
Step 7
Once the dough has doubled in size, punch down and make 12 round golfball size buns and place in a greased 13xCover and let rise again. Bake at 350 for 25 mins.
Step 8
I brush mine with butter as soon as they come out of the oven.
