Step 1
Take a bowl and add all-purpose flour. Make some space in the middle and add sugar, dry yeast, and water. Leave it for 10-15 minutes.

Add a little water to the dough and mix. Add ginger-garlic paste and some water. Knead it and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

In another small bowl, add butter, oregano, chili flakes, ginger-garlic paste, green garlic, black pepper, and salt. Mix everything.

Dust the dough with all-purpose flour and set it. Add oil to the dough and knead it a bit.

Now put it on a flat surface and cut it into two halves.

After that, take one half and roll it with a rolling pin into a thick roti.

Spread the butter mixture over the surface. Also, place the cut capsicum on it and add cheddar cheese to it.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 150º C. Bake it in the preheated oven for 12 minutes at 150º C. Cut it into thick strips.
