Cheesy Garlic Bread

(14 oz) loaf French or Italian bread

salted butter (, softened)

Tbsp olive oil ((not extra virgin)*)

Tbsp garlic (,

Salt and black pepper (, to taste)

mozzarella cheese

parmesan cheese

Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Slice bread in half lengthwise (though height of bread). Cut two sheets of foil about 24-inch long and place side by side letting one slightly overlap the other on a rimmed cookie sheet. Place bread, cut side up, on baking sheet.

In a mixing bowl, using a fork, stir together butter, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Spoon and spread mixture evenly over entire surface of both bread halves (working to coat the edges too so they don't burn). Wrap foil over bread and crimp edges together and roll ends of foil up. Bake 10 minutes.

Remove from oven, open foil and roll foil inward. Sprinkle bread evenly with cheeses. Return to oven, bake uncovered, 5 - 6 minutes longer (broil during last 1 - 2 minutes for a crisper bread and more golden cheese if desired, no need to move rack upward). Sprinkle tops evenly with parsley. Cut into slices and serve warm.

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Set out a large baking sheet.

Cut the loaf of bread in half, parallel to the cutting board. Lay both pieces of bread cut-side-up on the baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, herbs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Smash and mix until well combined.

Spread a thick even layer of the garlic butter over the top of each piece of bread. Spread it all the way to the edges, and use it all!

Bake on the center rack for 8 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.  Immediately cut and serve the garlic bread.

yeast roll dough (or raw frozen and thawed yeast dough balls)

Land O Lakes® White Deli American

Land O Lakes® Salted Butter, (1 stick, melted)

Parmesan cheese

Italian seasoning

garlic powder

Start with thawed or fresh-made yeast roll dough balls. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F. Grease a  large 14-15 inch cast iron skillet.

Melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder. Using  kitchen shears, cut the dough balls into quarters and dunk the pieces in the melted butter. Then spread the pieces over the bottom of the skillet.

Place the skillet in the oven to quick-rise for 15 minutes. Meanwhile cut each piece of Land O Lakes® White Deli American into 6 little rectangles.

Take the skillet out of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Insert a butter knife in between the risen dough sections and tuck little pieces of cheese in as many places as you can.

Drizzle any remaining butter over the top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden. Serve as-is or with a side of marinara for dipping.

Sugar - 1 tbsp

Dry Yeast - 1 tbsp

Water - 4-5 tbsp

Water - As Needed (To Knead Dough)

Oregano - 1 tbsp

Red Chili Flakes - 1 tbsp

Garlic

Salt - 1 tsp

All-Purpose Flour - As Required (For Dough)

Green Capsicum - 1 tbsp (Chopped)

Red Capsicum - 1 tbsp (Chopped)

Cheddar Cheese - 4-5 tbsp or As Per Taste

Water - To Grease the Edge

Step 1

Take a bowl and add all-purpose flour. Make some space in the middle and add sugar, dry yeast, and water. Leave it for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Add a little water to the dough and mix. Add ginger-garlic paste and some water. Knead it and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Step 3

In another small bowl, add butter, oregano, chili flakes, ginger-garlic paste, green garlic, black pepper, and salt. Mix everything.

Step 4

Dust the dough with all-purpose flour and set it. Add oil to the dough and knead it a bit.

Step 5

Now put it on a flat surface and cut it into two halves.

Step 6

After that, take one half and roll it with a rolling pin into a thick roti.

Step 7

Spread the butter mixture over the surface. Also, place the cut capsicum on it and add cheddar cheese to it.

Fold it in half so it looks like a hemisphere. Brush the butter mix over the surface.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 150º C. Bake it in the preheated oven for 12 minutes at 150º C. Cut it into thick strips.

In a large bowl or stand mixer combine 1/2 cup of the warm water with the sugar and yeast. Stir to combine and let rest for 5 minutes. Add the remaining 1/4 cup warm water, olive oil, salt and vinegar.

Begin mixing on medium-low speed and gradually add the flour --knead for a few minutes, or until the dough is smooth and elastic (it should be slightly sticky, but not so sticky that it sticks to your clean fingertip). Mine is usually ready with 1 1/2 cups flour) Cover the bowl with a dry towel and allow to rest in a warm place for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 475 degrees F with a pizza stone inside or upside down cookie sheet inside.

Gently punch the dough down. Place a large piece of parchment paper on your counter and use your hands (or a rolling pin, but it’s easier with your hands) to spread the dough into a rectangle about 1/3 inch thick.

Mix melted butter and garlic in a small bowl then spread mixture evenly over dough, all the way to the edges. Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.

Transfer the dough (still on the parchment paper) onto the hot pizza stone in the oven. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Serve with dipping sauces like marinara sauce or ranch.

Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Slice the sourdough bread into 1/2&quot; thick slices.

Mix the butter, garlic and chives in a small bowl. Salt to taste. Spread the garlic herb butter evenly onto each slice of bread and sprinkle both cheeses on top.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and has started to turn golden brown on top. Serve immediately.

Preheat oven to 160C/320F.

Mix butter with garlic and salt.

Cut bread in half horizontally.

Drizzle with garlic butter all over - don't miss any patches!

Bake 20 minutes until bread is crispy on the edges.

Crank oven up to 200C/390F. Top with cheese, bake 7 - 10 min until cheese is melted and bubbly.
