Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 and grease a loaf tin, or line with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add in egg and maple syrup and mix well.

Step 3

Add in all dry ingredients and mix gently, until combined. Lastly, fold in chocolate chips.

Step 4

Pour in loaf pan and top with more chocolate chips. Bake for 35 - 40 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes, Then, enjoy warm, or allow to cool for longer and enjoy later at room temperature. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
