Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Grease a 6cm-deep, 20cm square cake pan. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above edge of pan on all sides.
Step 2
Place 125g butter and half the dark chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes or until melted and combined. Set aside for 10 minutes. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla until combined. Sift flour and cocoa over chocolate mixture. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Pour brownie mixture into prepared pan. Top with chocolate eggs, pressing into batter. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until just set. Set aside in pan to cool completely.
Step 4
Place remaining dark chocolate and remaining butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%), stirring halfway, for 1 minute or until melted and smooth. Spread chocolate mixture over brownie. Decorate brownie with Minty Moments balls, Skittles, chews, marshmallows, coins (see note) and sprinkles. Cut into pieces. Serve.
