Line a square pan or loaf pan (my recommendation) with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

You can melt the vegan chocolate chips in a microwave or with a double boiler. If you use a microwave, make sure to use a microwave-safe bowl and melt for 15 second intervals to prevent burning.
Step 3
Add the sweetened condensed coconut milk, SunButter, and melted chocolate together in a large bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
Step 4
Pour the fudge mixture into a loaf pan.
Step 5
Use a silicone spatula to smooth the top of the melted fudge, ensuring an even layer.
Step 6
Place the baking dish in the refrigerator and let the fudge chill for at least 2-3 hours or until it's set.
Step 7
Once the fudge is completely set, lift it out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
Step 8
Place it on a cutting board and cut it into squares or desired shapes.
Step 9
