Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2
Line a 13 x 9 deep casserole pan foil or parchment paper. I usually spray some cooking oil on it also so they don't stick.
Step 3
Place the pork chops to fit the pan.
Step 4
Pour the apple juice over the chops.
Step 5
Add some barbecue sauce on each pork chop.
Step 6
Sprinkle evenly with granulated garlic powder.
Step 7
Top each pork chop with the crushed crackers or breadcrumbs.
Step 8
Loosely cover the top with foil for 20 minutes then remove.
Step 9
Bake for around 15 to 25 more minutes uncovered until brown on top ( depending on how thick your chops are).
Step 10
Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper.
Step 11
Add more barbecue sauce if desired.
