Step 1
Dice all of your vegetables and drain your beans, rinse them too.
Step 2
In a pot add some olive oil and your ground beef. Cook until about half way done.
Step 3
Add in your diced onions, bell peppers, celery, and all spices. Stir, and allow to cook a bit more until ground beef is no longer pink and veggies have begun to soften.
Step 4
Over medium heat add in your diced tomatoes, bloody mary mix, tobasco, and worcestershire sauce. Stir, allow to start to bubble. If you want more liquid add a bit more bloody mary mix to taste.
Step 5
Lower heat to low and put a lid on your pot just slightly ajar.
Step 6
Allow to simmer on low for about an hour. I stir about twice in this time.
Step 7
Serve with side of cornbread, over baked potatoes, or rice with a bit of cheese if you want and/or green onions.
