Step 1

Cook tater tots in an air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

Step 2

Brown sausage in a skillet over medium high heat. Before the sausage is browned add the 6 chopped up pieces of bacon to the skillet with the sausage. Stir well and cook until sausage is browned and bacon is cooked through.

Step 3

Remove the the sausage and bacon from the skillet and drain grease. Set aside.

Step 4

In a bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, a splash of milk, salt, and pepper. Cook eggs to your liking in the skillet.

Step 5

Once eggs are cooked, add the sausage and bacon back to the skillet with the eggs. Top with 1 cup of shredded cheese. Let sit on the stove or pop under the broiler for just a minute to melt the cheese.

Step 6

Make a white gravy packet or make homage gravy. To make gravy, melt 2 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of flour and stir until well incorporated and starting to thicken. Add 1 1/2 cups of milk and stir consistently until you get a consistency you like. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 7

Build breakfast bowls by adding tater tots, gravy, eggs, bacon, and sausage to a bowl.
