Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Butter a 9 inch (23 cm) quiche or pie dish.
Step 2
Add finely shredded cabbage to a large mixing bowl. Scatter salt all over and, using your fingertips, massage the cabbage for about 1 minute to soften.
Step 3
Add the green onions to the cabbage and mix to combine.
Step 4
Spread the cabbage mixture the the base of the prepared pie dish.
Step 5
In a separate bowl (or a large jug), whisk the eggs, sour cream and mayo together.
Step 6
Whisk in the flour mixed with baking powder.
Step 7
Pour the wet ingredients all over the cabbage mixture.
Step 8
Finally, top everything with shredded cheese.
Step 9
Bake the cabbage in the oven for approx. 35-40 minutes.
Step 10
Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
